Advantages of Decentralised Management Structure
- Decisions are taken by managers who are closer to the action.
- As decentralisation is a form of delegation, the managers who are now able to take the decisions will feel more trusted and will have more job satisfaction.
- Decisions are also made much more quickly, because the information does not have to be given to the Board of Directors.
